Digital technologies have reshaped education by expanding access, innovation, and collaboration, while also presenting challenges that demand responsible use and awareness. To address this, CIET–NCERT, in line with the National Education Policy 2020, is organising a five-day online training programme on Digital Wellness for Safe Schools and Healthy Minds. The English version will run from 1–5 September 2025 and the Hindi version from 8–12 September 2025, with live sessions daily from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This programme aims to build a comprehensive understanding of digital wellness as a transformative paradigm to ensure academic progress, personal safety, and psychological wellbeing by integrating safety, responsibility, and care into the teaching–learning process.
