The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced a webinar on November 20, 2025, regarding the implementation of Two Board Examinations for Class X starting from the academic session 2025–26.
This major change is aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which mandates flexibility and multiple opportunities for students to improve their performance.
CBSE has already circulated two important circulars on 25 February 2025 and 25 June 2025, outlining the framework and guidelines for conducting two board examinations annually.
To further clarify the modalities and ensure smooth implementation, CBSE is organizing a nationwide webinar, and all schools, teachers, students, and parents are instructed to participate.
