CBSE has announced the Storytelling Competition for the session 2025–26 to encourage creativity and expression among students. Schools are invited to submit videos of students narrating their stories as per the given guidelines. The competition aims to enhance communication skills and imagination through engaging storytelling. All participants are encouraged to present original and inspiring tales that reflect their ideas and emotions.

Important Dates
School Level:
- Schools to hold the Storytelling Competition from 24th Oct to 6th Nov 2025 for all four categories.
- One best entry per category to be selected for the Regional Level.
- Selected participants can download participation certificates after successful entry submission on the CBSE Storytelling Web Portal.
Regional Level:
- Conducted digitally from 6th Nov to 20th Nov 2025 via the CBSE portal.
- Each CBSE Region will select 10 best entries per category for the National Level.
National Level:
- Regional winners will be evaluated digitally by experts.
- Winners will receive an online Merit Certificate via their registered email.
How to Register
After the school-level competition, each school must select one best entry per category.
The selected students should be registered on the CBSE Storytelling Web Portal – ‘मेरी कहानी, मेरी ज़ुबानी’.
