The Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET), NCERT is offering a range of NISHTHA online courses for the academic year 2026–27 through the DIKSHA platform.

These courses are designed to support the continuous professional development of teachers, teacher educators, school heads, students and other interested learners.

📢 NISHTHA 2026–27: Important Dates

The current Cycle 1 of NISHTHA courses is already underway.

• Course Start Date: 21 April 2026
• Enrollment Last Date: 31 August 2026
• Course Completion Date: 15 September 2026
• Upcoming Cycle 2: Starts 1 October 2026
• Cycle 2 Enrollment Ends: 10 March 2027
• Cycle 2 Ends: 15 March 2027

Teachers and other eligible learners who are interested in professional development are encouraged to check the available courses and enroll before the current enrollment deadline.

📝 How to Enrol in NISHTHA Courses

The NISHTHA courses are accessed through the DIKSHA platform.

Step 1 -Visit the DIKSHA Portal and sign in using your DIKSHA credentials.

Step 2 - Open the relevant NISHTHA course link provided above.

Step 3 - Select the appropriate course and click “Join Course” or the enrollment option available on DIKSHA.

Step 4 - Complete the course activities and assessments as required.

Step 5 - Track your progress through your DIKSHA account.

If you are planning to participate in the current NISHTHA 2026–27 Cycle 1, remember that the last date for enrollment is 31 August 2026.
