The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has activated the online portal for Verification of Issues observed in the supplied scanned copy of answer books and Re-evaluation of Answers from 02 June 2026.
Students who have already obtained the scanned copies of their evaluated answer books can now apply for these services if they wish to report any discrepancies or seek re-evaluation of specific answers.
Important Dates
Application Period:
📅 02 June 2026 (Tuesday) to 06 June 2026 (Saturday) – Midnight
Applications submitted after the deadline or through offline mode will not be accepted.
How to Apply
- Visit the CBSE portal: https://www.cbse.gov.in/newsite_old/rchk.html
- Log in using your credentials.
- Enter your Aadhaar Number as required for portal access.
- Select the desired service:
- Verification of Issues in Scanned Copy
- Re-evaluation of Answers
- Or both services, if applicable.
Note: Once the "Freeze and Proceed to Payment" button is clicked, the submitted details cannot be modified.
Fee Structure
- Verification of Issues - ₹100 per answer book
- Re-evaluation - ₹25 per question
Verification of Issues in Scanned Answer Books
Students may report issues such as:
- Missing pages
- Missing supplementary sheets
- Missing maps/graphs
- Blurred pages
- Incorrect answer book supplied
- Evaluation against a different question paper set
Re-evaluation of Answers
Students who are not satisfied with the evaluation may request re-evaluation of specific questions.
- Multiple questions across multiple subjects may be selected.
- Question number and page number details must be provided.
- Only one application for re-evaluation is allowed.
- Details cannot be edited after submission.
- Application is successful only after payment confirmation.
