Rerun of NISHTHA Courses During 2026–27 – Course List, Dates and Registration Link

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued Circular No. TRG-21/2026 dated 7 October 2026, announcing the rerun of the second cycle of NISHTHA courses for the academic session 2026–27.

The initiative aims to strengthen the professional competencies of teachers, school heads and teacher educators through continuous professional development (CPD). CBSE-affiliated schools are requested to share this information with their staff and encourage teachers to participate in the available online courses.

Important Dates

Course Starting Date: 1 October 2026
Enrolment Closing Date: 10 March 2027
Course Closing Date: 15 March 2027

1. NISHTHA Category II – Proficiency Courses

The following courses are offered for school heads and teachers working at the Foundational and Preparatory Stages, up to Grade 5.
